To find the perfect facility or service:

1. Log in to your PaddockPal account.
2. Use the search bar to enter the location you're looking for.
3. Apply filters to narrow down your search:
   • Category (e.g., Paddocks, Stables, Livery)
   • Price range
   • Dates of availability
   • Keywords
4. Browse through the search results and click on listings for more details.

3 - Booking a Service or Facility

When you've found a listing you're interested in:

1. Review the listing details, including photos, description, and amenities.
2. Check the availability calendar for your desired dates.
3. Read the host's policies, including cancellation terms and any Booking Restrictions
4. If you have questions, use the PaddockPal messaging system to contact the host.
5. When ready, click "Request to Book".
6. Review the total price, including any service fees.
7. Confirm and submit your booking request.

4 - Communicating with Hosts

Clear communication is key to a great experience:

1. Use the PaddockPal messaging system for all communications with hosts.
2. Respond promptly to messages from hosts.
3. Provide any additional information the host may require.
4. Ask any questions you have about the facility, service, or your booking.
5. Inform the host of any special requirements or concerns.

5 - Preparing for Your Visit

Before arriving at the facility or using a service:

4. Leave an honest and constructive review of your experience.
5. Report any serious issues to PaddockPal if they weren't resolved with the host.

8 - Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your booking:

1. Review the host's cancellation policy in the listing details.
2. Use the PaddockPal platform to request a cancellation or change.
3. Communicate with the host about any unavoidable changes to your plans.
4. Be aware that cancellation fees may apply depending on the policy and timing.
